CORESPEC AIR CHARGING LLC (“CoreSpec”) provides turbocharger identification services and
general advisory guidance related to turbocharger and air-charging systems. CoreSpec does not sell parts,
perform repairs, install components, or act as the final decision-maker regarding any repair, replacement, or installation.
All assessments and guidance are prepared solely from the information, photos, videos, and deions
supplied by the customer. Because CoreSpec does not physically inspect the vehicle, equipment, or components,
no guarantee, warranty, or assurance of outcome or performance is expressed or implied.
The customer, technician, shop, or equipment owner remains fully and solely responsible for verifying part
fitment and compatibility before purchasing or installing parts; performing appropriate inspection and testing;
confirming specifications and procedures with manufacturer documentation; ensuring that repairs comply with all local laws and safety requirements;
and making all final repair or replacement decisions.
CoreSpec’s role is advisory only. All information provided should be used together with qualified inspection
and manufacturer-approved procedures. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoreSpec and its
owner(s) shall not be liable for misdiagnosis by any technician or shop; improper or incomplete installation;
engine, turbocharger, or system damage of any kind; downtime, labor charges, lost revenue, or consequential damages;
or parts or repairs purchased or performed based on information provided.
Refunds may be issued only when CoreSpec is unable to reasonably identify the turbocharger or provide general
advisory direction because the information supplied is insufficient or unusable. Refunds will not be issued
when the customer disagrees with guidance; a different opinion is later offered by another party; the recommended
action does not resolve the issue; or repairs or purchases proceed against cautionary advice.
CoreSpec operates from the State of Texas. By using CoreSpec’s services, the customer agrees that any dispute
arising from the use of these services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to
conflict-of-law principles.
Turbocharger failures frequently involve underlying engine, lubrication, air-system, calibration, or installation-related factors.
Replacement without addressing root causes may result in repeat failure. By engaging CoreSpec’s services, the customer acknowledges
and accepts these terms and assumes full responsibility for all repair-related decisions.
