Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of services provided by CoreSpec Air Charging LLC ("CoreSpec," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting an intake, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our services, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope and Nature of Services
CoreSpec provides remote turbocharger identification services and general advisory guidance relating to turbochargers and air-charging systems.
Services are performed remotely and are based solely on information submitted by the Client, including but not limited to VIN/ESN, photographs, videos, written descriptions, fault codes, and related documentation ("Submitted Information").
CoreSpec does not:
- Sell, supply, or distribute parts
- Perform physical inspections, repairs, or installations
- Act as a licensed repair facility
- Authorize or approve final repair decisions
- Guarantee repair outcomes or equipment performance
All services are advisory in nature.
2. Client Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of Submitted Information
- Verifying part fitment and compatibility before purchase or installation
- Performing proper diagnostic testing, inspection, and calibration
- Following manufacturer-approved procedures and safety standards
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Making all final repair, replacement, and purchasing decisions
3. No Warranty
Services are provided "as-is" and "as available." Because services are based solely on Submitted Information and CoreSpec does not physically inspect equipment, no guarantee, warranty, or assurance of outcome, performance, or repair success is expressed or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreSpec disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Fees and Payment
Service pricing is listed on our website or provided in writing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required prior to commencement of services. CoreSpec reserves the right to decline, suspend, or delay services if payment is not received or if necessary information is not provided.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because services are time-based and delivered as written work product, refunds are limited and evaluated under the conditions outlined in that policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreSpec and its owner(s), employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for:
- Misdiagnosis by any technician, shop, or third party
- Improper, incomplete, or unsafe installation of any component
- Engine, turbocharger, or system damage of any kind
- Labor charges, downtime, lost revenue, or business interruption
- Consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages
- Purchases or repairs performed based on advisory information provided
In all circumstances, CoreSpec's total liability for any claim related to a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.
7. Intellectual Property
Written summaries, reports, templates, and related materials prepared by CoreSpec are the intellectual property of CoreSpec. Clients may use delivered summaries for internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or publication of CoreSpec materials as a commercial product without written consent is prohibited.
8. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to our services shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.
9. Modifications
CoreSpec may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date.
